As an Accounting Manager, you will play a significant role in the financial reporting and technical research processes. As a result, your work will impact the financial deliverables that will be seen by different groups and levels of the company. You will help reduce the close/reporting window and implement efficiencies related to systems, financial reporting, business combinations, and audits in order to support our high-paced, rapidly expanding company. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Own the consolidations and financial reporting responsibilities, including US GAAP, Non-GAAP, ad-hoc, and covenant reporting requirements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Research and interpret complex accounting matters, providing guidance and draft memorandums, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards. Areas include equity transactions, leases, capitalized software, business combinations, financial instruments, among others.
• Partner with cross-functional organizations to serve the business reporting needs at the business unit and product line levels as the Company continues to expand, including consistent data reporting, system alignments, and timely delivery of financial results.
• Coordinate and manage the technical and reporting workstreams of the annual external audit.
• Assist in the establishment, documentation, and maintenance of key accounting and business policies, collaborating with cross functional stakeholders.
• Assist with M&A due diligence and post-merger integrations.
• Assist with developing and maintaining internal controls over financial reporting.
• Support the IPO readiness process, establishing reporting policies aligned to public company standards for a potential public offering in the future.
• Closely partner with other departments, including Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Operations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
• Promote continuous improvement in financial reporting, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the reporting function.
• No job too small mentality, be able to perform various other ad-hoc tasks as required or assigned within reasonable scope of this role. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA required
• 5+ years' experience in accounting under US GAAP, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role. Public accounting/audit experience required.
• Demonstrated experience drafting and/or reviewing SEC filings, including S-1, 10-K, 10-Q, etc

US Salary Range $114,000 - $171,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
