Anduril is creating a new opportunity for a Construction Manager to oversee all construction projects and be part of the long term strategy plans for the company. Responsibilities: Budget and financial oversight: Develop and manage budgets for construction and maintenance projects. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. Work closely with FP&A for cost forecasting. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic long range planning efforts of Anduril's real estate portfolio. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all construction-related matters. Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and other key internal stakeholders. Assist in internal escalations to resolve stakeholder questions and/or concerns. External Project Management Coordination: Collaborate closely with external project management teams to ensure alignment of construction activities with overall project objectives. Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, vendors, and regulatory agencies. Facilitate regular meetings with external project managers to discuss project updates, resource allocation, and potential challenges. Maintain, adapt and implement a project management plan prepared by external project managers. Desired Skills and Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience with Defense, Hardware Technology and Advanced Manufacturing related projects and internal company operations is strongly preferred. Experience with ICD-705 and TEMPEST-related policies and guidance Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget. In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, MEP systems and legal regulations. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Successful project execution utilizing various project delivery methods. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Competency in CPM scheduling methods, construction estimating, construction document review, and contract administration. Strong background in initial project setup and pre-construction. Qualifications: Must be based out of an Anduril located office if selected. Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) are highly desirable. Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance as required by the defense sector. Willingness to travel as needed to support ongoing projects. US Salary Range $168,000 - $252,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
