Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring Production Assemblers in Carlsbad, Ca.
Long term, temp to hire opportunity!

As a Production Assembler you will:
- Assembles all the units in designated production room/areas.
- Keeps line clearance by avoiding mixing or merging between the lots.
- Ensures line clearance in the beginning and at the end of the day.
- Ensures calibration is completed within the due date.
- Ensures all the materials required for assembly are available.
- Follow technical instructions, procedures, and technical terms.
- Perform initial inspections from in-process packaged products for defects.
- Maintain the tools used to create products.
- Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
This is a full time opportunity
The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Minimum of 0-1 years of assembly experience.
- Ability to use both hands for repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions.
- Ability to read and write in English language.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to use manufacturing tools and machines.
- Good understanding of quality principles.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition.
Pay rate $18.00-19.00/hr
