Job description

Akkodis is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer/ Sr. DevOps Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Irvine, CA (Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the DevOps, Confluent Event Streaming Platform, AWS Elastic Kubernetes Services (EKS), Java and Terraform on Microsoft Azure.

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Cloud Platform Engineer/ Sr. DevOps Engineer job responsibilities include:

• Design and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes.

• Implement, maintain, and monitor CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and smooth deployment processes.

• Manage and optimize Kafka clusters for real-time data processing.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and security.

• Continuously improve and streamline our DevOps processes and practices.

Must have skills: DevOps

Pay Details: $76.00 to $120.00 per hour
