Responsibilities:

Establish relationships with key stakeholders across product, technology, and enterprise functions, and develop advocates across Visa to advance product transformation objectives including the adoption of the product lifecycle

Lead discussions in strategic planning, facilitate decision making, and execute to reach our objectives

Evangelize the vision, mission, and objectives and gain support from leaders across the organization

Consult on Product Management best practices including product discovery and delivery

Design, implement, and continuously improve the Product Lifecycle Management framework

Engage with partners across multiple functions to pressure test the PLM framework, gather feedback, and produce recommendations to improve

Partner with product managers and product operations teams to implement the PLM framework and drive adoption

Be a subject matter expert across the PLM framework - train and coach the organization on the processes and best practices

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective management of expectations

Drive strategic projects to increase transparency, operational effectiveness, communication, and collaboration (e.g., PLM dashboard)

Lead the central PLM team to deliver enhancements of PLM across Visa
