Job Description

Compensation
Pay: $30 - $33 / hour
Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate shift differential paid for applicable hours worked

Schedule
Monday - Friday, start time 5:30 am - 3:30 pm, 10 hour shift, Day Shift
Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Key Responsibilities
Confirm and maintain production scheduler reports and distribute to the leaders
Assist in determining the production plan
Partner with planning and schedule staff according to the number of lines running, ensuring staffing meets the needs of the factory and coverage for vacations and events
Complete confirmations for the factory using EIT and SAP
Audit Right to Run processes to assess decrewing needs, ensure compliance with labor headcount requirements, and determine the appropriate trainer-to-trainee ratio
Maintain breakroom and office supplies.
Support the factory in coverage on rare occasions

Additional Responsibilities
Welcome and check in vendors, customers, new hires, and existing employees
Ensure all visitors are logged and directed appropriately
Create and distribute new hire and existing employee badges
Maintain records of badge issuance and replacements
Prepare paperwork for new hire orientation and assist in facilitating sessions
Maintain and update personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in the distribution and collection of annual employee acknowledgements
Support factory and operations managers with special projects
Coordinate and execute project tasks as required
Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and equipped with necessary materials
Sort and file mail

Qualifications

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in administrative or planning
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
Strong analytical, organization, and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficent in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Access demonstrated experience is required)
