Position Summary:

The Customer Account Liaison I/II will drive customer service for existing and new medical technologies and applications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with customers to sell and administer service contracts.

Track and manage warranty and service contract expiration dates and renewal timelines.

Prepare detailed quotes and draft contract sales agreements, negotiating terms to align with client needs and company objectives.

Update and maintain customer and device information in Salesforce and SAP.

Achieve quarterly booking goals as set by management.

Document customer sales information and feedback to support product and contract sales strategies.

Collaborate with field sales and service teams to identify customer opportunities and relay relevant customer feedback.

Process and schedule payments as necessary.

Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing relevant data/metrics and acting on the information.

Other duties as needed or required.
