About the Role:
Our client, a leading company in Bakersfield, CA, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and handling collections. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the financial health and cash flow of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage customer accounts, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing or payments in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer payments align with terms and conditions.
• Prepare and present regular reports on AR aging and performance to management.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
