Environmental Law Attorney

Our client, a highly regarded law firm with a strong presence in Arkansas, specializes in environmental law and is seeking an experienced and dedicated Environmental Attorney to join their team. This role provides a unique opportunity to work on complex, high-impact environmental cases while contributing to the firm's commitment to legal excellence and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Independently manage a caseload of environmental law matters, including regulatory compliance, land use, water rights, and environmental litigation.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and environmental impact assessments.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and trials related to environmental disputes.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel on environmental regulations, compliance issues, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to case strategy, policy planning, and environmental advocacy.

Qualifications:


  • 2-10 years of experience in environmental law (experience with federal and state environmental agencies is a plus).
  • Must be Bar licensed in AR and in good standing.
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills, with a focus on environmental regulations.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
