Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN or Part-Time

Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Hot Springs, AR, seeking a part-time or PRN Physical Therapist to join our esteemed team. Requirements:

Physical Therapists actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas.
Previous acute PT experience
A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.

Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:

Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities
Develop & follow physical therapy care plans, perform PT, document/chart patient progress, patient admits / discharges, OASIS assessments, update the Therapy Director on patient status, etc.
Other PT duties as assigned
