Our client is local to Betonville, AR and is a full-service design firm providing innovative design solutions for healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and medical office buildings. Their growing firm offers an engaging and collaborative environment with the opportunity to work on impactful, gratifying, and projects of all sizes and types across the region. Director of Business Development Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective business development strategies within the healthcare and/or AEC sectors.
  • Expertise in CRM software and various business development tools.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.

Director of Business Development Responsibilities:


  • Create and execute strategic business development plans that align with company goals and adapt to the changing healthcare market.
  • Discover and seize new business opportunities in the healthcare Market.
  • Recognize and anticipate the distinct needs and emerging trends of healthcare facilities and systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing in the healthcare sector, and success.
