Job description

Inventory Management Maintain and update inventory records using inventory management software.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and excesses.
Perform regular physical inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
Order, receive, and document new stock, ensuring its adequate storage.
Identify and dispose of obsolete or damaged inventory in accordance with company policies. Logistics Coordination
Coordinate with sales and production departments to forecast future inventory needs.
Work with the logistics team to manage shipping processes and schedules.
Handle all aspects of shipping and receiving, including documentation and tracking. Reporting and Compliance
Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
Implement effective inventory control methods and procedures. Additional Duties
Address and resolve shipment and inventory issues.
Train staff on inventory procedures and best practices.
Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
