We are looking for: Smart people with a passion for technology Ability to solve challenging business problems Self-directed professionals Hunger to continually learn and grow Overview: Provide overall support to the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (309th AMARG), the Boneyard. AMARG is a one-of-a-kind specialized facility within the Air Force Materiel Command structure. 309th AMARG provides critical aerospace maintenance and regeneration capabilities for Joint and Allied/Coalition warfighters in support of global operations and agile combat support for a wide range of military operations. The program manager shall oversee the multi-disciplinary Information Technology (IT) business system support team, ensuring comprehensive support for all systems and applications within the 309th AMARG Business System (ABS), including future upgrades or replacements. This team is responsible for the full spectrum of ABS maintenance, administration, management, and application services in support of daily operations. Responsibilities: Provide management, direction, decision making, administration, quality assurance and leadership for the team Manage the full spectrum of ABS maintenance, administration, and enhancement Conduct daily stand-ups to foster communication and coordinate efforts among team Initiate a Kanban board, ensuring familiarity with the process. Maintain backlog of tasks and coordination with team Maintain metrics of performance Lead retrospectives to drive continuous improvement Ensure the delivery of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items, to include Weekly Reports to the government Responsible for recruiting and onboarding talent, tracking mandatory training, and handling administrative functions to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth program operation. Provide assessment of current month and future month activities and a discussion of any issues or recommendations related to contract performance or administration Oversee all quality control activities and ensure that our quality standards are consistently upheld Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher desired Active security clearance Minimum of five years of experience managing complex programs Minimum of ten years of experience in a military environment performing in a related subject area (software engineering, programming, and database administration services to include requirement definition and analysis, systems operations, server administration, and systems development) Must have an active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or PMI Program Management Professional (PMP ) Certification Agile methodology knowledge is preferred. Any Agile certifications is a significant advantage (e.g. CSPO, CSM, CSD, DASM, etc) Familiarity with equipment custodial duties will be considered an asset (e.g. managing IT assets in DPAS, coordinating disposal through DLADS, etc) IPT Associates, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
