Job description

The Southwest Field Office (SWFO) has a critical role in the evolving national security mission. The SWFO supports the United States Border Patrol's (USBP) Program Management Office Directorate (PMOD) technology acquisition programs by representing project and program managers in the field and providing dedicated support during Acquisition Lifecycle Framework activities. Job Requirements Escorting unvetted personnel within the Technology Support Warehouse (e.g. building maintenance/repairs, inspections, and Program support)
Answering the gate/doorbell
Setup/Teardown of SWFO/ATAS events
Minor facility improvements
Generate facility work orders
Inspect completion of facility work orders
Organization of SWFO Teams channels
General housekeeping of common areas and SWFO cages
Operating/setup/teardown of audio/visual equipment and cameras
Receiving/Shipping support for incoming/outgoing packages and program specific equipment
Assist with inventorying incoming/outgoing program specific equipment
Assist with inventorying incoming equipment for disposition
Assist with disposing of dispositioned equipment through an R2 Recycler to include driving the equipment to the R2 facility
Assist with performing Health and Safety duties to include periodic inspections within the TSW and eyewash stations
Maintain and update the Health & Safety (H&S) Master Binder which include the 5 (SOPs) mandatory programs
Assist with completing the monthly Health and Safety Inspection Sheets and update the SWFO Health and Safety Teams page
Maintain H&S supplies, identifying requirements and submit purchase request for replenishment of stock
Reviewing and updating SWFO/ATAS Statements of Work, Standard Operating Procedures, Facility Security Plans, COOP, EOP and any other pertinent documentation
Fleet Management - Local Property Officer responsible for managing daily fleet requirements to include:
Review and process all fleet fuel and maintenance service invoices in SAP
Maintain fleet folders
Maintain vehicle operational readiness (vehicle inspections to ensure safe operations, cleanliness & fueled)
Preparation of SWFO and Program Vehicles for dispositioning
Identify fleet equipment and supply requirements - submit purchase requirement through PM
Coordinate with San Angelo on fleet usage/vehicle repair requirements/issues
Transport government vehicles to local vendors when needed for schedule maintenance and repairs.
Transport government vehicles from Sector(s) on new Program arrivals and SWFO new fleet. Transport deployment government vehicles to outlying areas to meet Program requirements
Ordering License plates or replacements and WEX cards for new vehicles
Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Operate and provide required updates to the operator log, perform daily and pre and post operation inspections. Perform user maintenance, such as adding oil, charging Government vehicles as required to perform tasks. Report daily the condition of all Government vehicles to appointed government personnel. This shall include the operation of a Electric-5k Forklift and a Diesel-18k Forklift in the warehouse and outside to offload and unload equipment and materials for storage or transportation.
