Adora Alliance is seeking a full-time BCBA in the Greater Tucson area!

BCBA Responsibilities & Duties:

Develop, implement, monitor, and modify comprehensive behavioral treatment programs for our clients and their families

Provide clinically appropriate supervision and training of clinical staff

Provide family training and other educational services to clients' families

Collect data accurately, promptly, and completely

Submit all required documentation regarding services rendered, training and indirect supervision

Work in home, community, and school settings while collaborating with families, staff, and other professionals to ensure best services for our clients

Establish effective clinical and ethical relationships with clients and families

Participate in workshops, trainings, and continuing education opportunities

Collaborate with other BCBAs and BCBA-candidates to share and discuss methodologies and research, improve resources and processes, and promote professionalism and leadership.

Qualified Candidates Must:

Hold a current BCBA/BCaBA Certification

Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills, flexibility, organizational management, leadership, empathy, work ethics and professionalism

Loves working as part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals who are continuously developing skillsets, problem-solving, and exercising best practice
