Job description

A Production Control Clerk job in Prescott Valley, AZ Is available at Milgard Windows and Doors. In this role you will function as a liaison between Customer Service, Inside Sales and Supervisors by batching orders for daily production. You are responsible for ordering stock crates and anticipate usage to have stock arrive before needed. The hourly pay range is $22.00 to $25.00.

Production Control Clerk job responsibilities include:

• Crate inventory
• Document product type, glass, and amount.
• Accurate record keeping
• Order custom tempered glass.
• Order stock crates and anticipate usage to have stock arrive before needed.
• Sort stacks of paperwork into proper collections
• Release and schedule work of lines to established capacity numbers.
• Process glass labels.
• Read labels for certain words or numbers and mark accordingly.
• Separate labels out to create proper batches.
• Correlate muntin labels with glass labels
• Retrieve drawings needed and process them according to established procedures.
• Create packets for Glass Departments

Qualifications:

• High School degree or equivalent

• Experienced in a challenging environment.
• Diligence is critical.

• ORACLE experience preferred.
• Written and Oral communication skills

• Familiar with Microsoft Office products

• Critical thinking skills
• Basic Computer skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
