Key Responsibilities:
_Caseload Management (50%):_
Deliver individualized speech therapy for members on your caseload, utilizing evidence-based practices and adapting to each client's unique needs.
Conduct and document therapy sessions with a focus on achieving therapeutic goals and supporting each child's development.
Manage an active client caseload effectively, ensuring high-quality and impactful therapy.
Provide education and guidance to patients, parents, and caregivers to enhance understanding and support for the therapeutic process.
_Supervision, Evaluations, and Administrative Tasks (50%):_
Supervise and mentor Certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), promoting best practices and professional development in both school and clinical settings.
Perform diagnostic evaluations to understand and address each client's specific needs, with a minimum of 5 new patient evaluations per month.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic platforms, reflecting our commitment to effective and supportive care.
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and coordination of therapy services, to ensure smooth operation and integration of care.

2+ years of experience in the field preferred
Requirements:
Licensed Speech Therapist in Arizona, in good standing.
Experience working with members of various ages and needs.
A passion for working with members and a commitment to delivering high-quality neuro-affirming therapy.
Exceptional clinical writing and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and flexibility in therapeutic approaches.
