Description

  • Support the Lead Superintendent in managing all on-site construction activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections.
  • Oversee the execution of work to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
  • Assist in managing and solving day-to-day challenges on the job site, keeping the project on track.
  • Maintain clear communication with subcontractors, team members, and project stakeholders.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Prepare reports, track progress, and maintain project documentation.

Profile

  • Experience in multifamily construction and/or build to rent.
  • Strong understanding of wood-frame construction methods and techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and construction schedules.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
