Are you a passionate culinary professional with experience in Chinese and Taiwanese cuisine? Were looking for an experienced culinary leader to join our team as a Senior Manager Culinary Executive Chef. In this role, youll lead the culinary operations team at a new U.S. HQ campus in North Phoenix, Arizona, creating authentic and contemporary Cantonese and Taiwanese dishes. Youll manage a dynamic team, curate exciting menus, and ensure the highest standards of culinary excellence.

What Youll Do

Culinary Operations: Lead the Taiwanese and Cantonese cuisine station, developing menus, executing recipes, and upholding the highest food safety and quality standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of cooks, providing training to enhance their skills and ensuring top-notch food presentation and quality.
Menu Innovation: Develop creative, modern, and authentic menus that reflect trends in Taiwanese and Cantonese cuisine.
Bilingual Communication: Utilize your Mandarin fluency to communicate effectively with both staff and clients, ensuring seamless collaboration.

What Were Looking For

Culinary Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in Cantonese and Taiwanese cuisine, with a flair for creating innovative and authentic dishes.
Leadership Skills: A proven ability to inspire, train, and manage a kitchen staff while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Bilingual Abilities: You must currently be fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with both your team and clients.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a culinary management role, with strong background in menu development, team leadership, and kitchen operations.
US Residency: Must be a resident of the United States.
