Masonry Project Manager

Join a reputable and growing construction team as a Masonry Project Manager! We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead masonry construction projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will bring extensive industry experience, excellent leadership, and a commitment to safety, quality, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee masonry projects, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource management.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to stay on track, on budget, and within scope.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project goals.
• Supervise masonry crews, fostering strong communication and teamwork.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specs, codes, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, budgeting, and risk management.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project, ensuring timelines and quality are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in masonry project management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing masonry projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of masonry construction methods, safety standards, and industry regulations.
