Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning Demand Planning and Kinaxis Fundamentals. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to drive impactful solutions that align with our company's goals.

Cognizant's supply chain delivery practice is part of Cognizant's Enterprise Platform Services (EPS). We are primarily responsible for implementing, supporting and extending off-the-shelf supply chain products in execution planning and procurement. Role: O9 Technical Architect

Location: Arizona Or Remote. Candidate must be in the U.S

Experience: 12+ Years

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $135,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis-based solutions to optimize supply chain processes.
• Oversee the integration of Kinaxis modules ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic insights to enhance inventory planning and optimization using Kinaxis tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and operations planning with business objectives.
• Drive demand planning initiatives to accurately forecast and meet market needs.
• Ensure the effective use of Kinaxis Fundamentals to support overall supply chain strategy.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Kinaxis configurations and processes.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the benefits of Kinaxis solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in Kinaxis technology to keep the company at the forefront of supply chain innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve any issues related to Kinaxis applications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all Kinaxis-related activities.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning.
• Demonstrate expertise in Kinaxis Fundamentals to support strategic supply chain initiatives.
• Exhibit a strategic mindset with the ability to drive impactful solutions.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Show proficiency in integrating Kinaxis modules for seamless data flow.
• Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Have a proven track record of providing training and support to end-users.
