Full-time W2 Contract Attorney

Product Liability Class Action

Location: Fully Remote but must currently reside within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ

Work Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Project Duration: long-term temporary assignment anticipated to last 6-12 months; potential for extension and conversion to a full-time permanent role, but not guaranteed.

Pay Rate: $31/hour

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking experienced licensed contract attorneys to join our client’s product liability class action litigation team. As a critical project team member, you will be vital in handling complex legal matters and interfacing with clients daily.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze claim documents
  • Prepare detailed responses to complex inquiries of claimants and counsel
  • Field complex telephone inquiries from claimants
  • Receive training and oversight from project team members
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients

Qualifications:
  • JD from an accredited US law school
  • Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Currently residing within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ, and willing to travel onsite occasionally for technology-related support and optional team-building exercises.
  • Litigation, Document Review, and eDiscovery experience preferred
  • Class action and mass tort experience are a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt, and be flexible to changing demands
  • Best-in-class customer service with the highest levels of professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work
  • Strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and complete ownership
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to make timely decisions
