Impact Property Solutions is searching for a Commercial Field Superintendent that will manage all aspects of flooring, countertop, and wall tile installation projects. This role requires strong project management skills, extensive technical knowledge of various flooring and wall tile types, and the ability to effectively lead and coordinate installation teams.

Commercial Field Superintendent Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise the installation of flooring, wall tile, and countertops for the Commercial division.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise tile installation teams, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project specifications.
• Manage procurement of materials and maintain equipment.
• Conduct site inspections, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and design teams, to provide updates and resolve issues.

• Understands the goals, priorities, and strategies of the project and how they relate to our customer. Prioritize work accordingly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Requirements:

Education and Work Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Bachelor's Degree in related field highly preferred.
• 3 years of experience as a Tile Superintendent or in a similar role within construction.
• Extensive knowledge of tile and stone installation techniques, materials, and standards.
• 3 years of experience reading and interpreting project related blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Relevant certifications in construction management or a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to drive long distances daily.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds at times.
