Job description

Akkodis is seeking a Change Lead / Organization Change Management Lead for a Contract job with a client in Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in Change Management, Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Communication.

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Change Lead / Organization Change Management Lead job responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement change management strategies and plans tailored to identity-related projects.

  • Assess the impact of changes on stakeholders and identify potential risks.

  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and interviews to gather feedback and promote buy-in.

  • Develop comprehensive communication plans to inform stakeholders about changes, timelines, and benefits.

  • Create engaging materials (presentations, FAQs, newsletters) to effectively convey change messages.

  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to equip users with the skills needed to adapt to new identity systems and processes.

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives through surveys, feedback sessions, and performance metrics.

Must-have skills and years of experience:

1. Change Management (min 3 years)

2. Identity and Access Management (IAM) (min 3 years)

3. Communication

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay Details: $79.00 to $88.00 per hour
