This opportunity is for an ambitious Project Manager to take the reins of a successful $20 Million a year JOC team. Description

  • Lead and oversee the existing JOC team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Drive growth and expand the JOC division, seeking new opportunities while maintaining strong client relationship
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects of the highest quality
  • Act as a key figure in strategic planning and decision-making within the division
  • Develop and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Profile

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally with experience in JOC
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, staying organized and detail-oriented
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Job Offer

  • Competitive Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 depending on experience.
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 50% based on project and team achievements.
