ASRC Federal Technology Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Military Intelligence (MI) Communications professional, to provide specialized technical support for the migration of the Tactical Remote Operations Joint Automated Network (TROJAN) capabilities to the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) located at Fort Huachuca, AZ. The primary focus of this role will be network transport convergence, synchronization, and communication infrastructure to support sustainment, life cycle management, and the development of new capability requirements. In addition, the ideal candidate will provide support for the integration of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) technologies within the MDI-F ecosystem. Key Responsibilities : Lead the migration of TROJAN Special Purpose Integrated Remote Intelligence Terminal (TS)/TS PoP requirements to WIN-T, focusing on interoperability and enhanced communication capabilities for intelligence operations. Develop and review documentation for TROJAN, TS, and WIN-T programs, ensuring alignment with Army modernization goals and the MDI-F framework. Conduct critical program analyses, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during migration processes. Coordinate MI communications efforts and assess the integration of new communication technologies to improve operational effectiveness. Provide expert recommendations on network transport convergence, maintenance, utility, and setup/teardown processes for communication systems. Collaborate with working groups to support WIN-T integration for accessing enterprise services and cloud computing environments. Additional Responsibilities : Provide input on AI/ML capabilities, ensuring these technologies are effectively integrated into MI communication systems to enhance intelligence operations and the greater MDI-F ecosystem. Participate in discussions on AI/ML technologies, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and modernization efforts. Support the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) review process by offering recommendations for updating communication systems and integrating AI/ML advancements. Qualifications : Extensive experience in Military Intelligence communications, network infrastructure, and systems integration. A bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience with formal military and civilian education. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET-SCI clearance. Strong expertise in communications migration processes, particularly related to TROJAN and WIN-T programs. Demonstrated ability to assess and address risks associated with communication system transitions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on collaborative teamwork. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Acrobat Professional, with experience in producing executive-level briefings, presentations, and publications. Strong editing skills, including style, copy, and language edits to ensure clarity, logical flow, and appropriate use of technical terms, in line with AR 25-50 and JCIDS guidelines. Ability to conduct substantive edits, ensuring documents are logically structured and complete. Experience working independently on projects involving research and the preparation of presentation materials. Expertise in managing JCIDS requirements, including documenting and prioritizing system capabilities. Knowledge of DoDIN, cloud computing frameworks, and testing SaaS applications related to enterprise systems development. Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in military communications. Familiarity with cloud-enabled intelligence services, data management, and edge node computing. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
