ASRC Federal Technology Solutions is seeking a highly qualified Human Language Translation Capabilities (HLTC) professional, to provide specialized technical support for the development, sustainment, and life cycle management of HLTC within the Army's modernization framework, particularly under the MDI-F initiative. Position is located at Fort Huachuca, AZ. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that HLTC requirements are developed, managed, and prioritized to meet the evolving needs of the Army Intelligence Enterprise. The ideal candidate will also provide additional support for Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) initiatives as part of the broader intelligence architecture. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for the development, implementation, and sustainment of HLTC systems to ensure continuous operational readiness and effectiveness. Develop and manage advanced HLTC tools that deliver real-time, highly accurate translation services for intelligence gathering and analysis in multidomain environments. Coordinate with the JCIDS manager and relevant organizations to ensure that HLTC capability requirements are documented and aligned with the Army's modernization objectives and MDI-F framework. Participate in working groups, forums, and coordination efforts with Army Futures Command, acquisition authorities, and external organizations to support the ongoing evolution of HLTC technology. Support both training exercises and real-world missions by ensuring HLTC systems meet the Army's growing linguistic and intelligence needs. Additional Responsibilities : Provide technical support to OSINT functional areas, focusing on the development and prioritization of new OSINT capabilities. Ensure OSINT tools and processes are fully integrated into the Army's broader intelligence architecture for effective information collection, processing, and dissemination. Conduct assessments of emerging technologies for both HLTC and OSINT, offering recommendations for future capability development and improvements that align with MDI-F's focus on agile, cloud-enabled intelligence solutions. Qualifications : Extensive experience in managing and developing HLTC systems for intelligence operations. A bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience with formal military and civilian education. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET-SCI clearance. Proven ability to support the JCIDS process and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to meet capability requirements. Strong knowledge of OSINT tools and their integration into broader intelligence frameworks. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience supporting cross-functional teams and working groups. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Acrobat Professional, with experience in producing executive-level briefings, presentations, and publications. Strong editing skills, including style, copy, and language edits to ensure clarity, logical flow, and appropriate use of technical terms, in line with AR 25-50 and JCIDS guidelines. Ability to conduct substantive edits, ensuring documents are logically structured and complete. Experience working independently on projects involving research and the preparation of presentation materials. Expertise in managing JCIDS requirements, including documenting and prioritizing system capabilities. Knowledge of DoDIN, cloud computing frameworks, and testing SaaS applications related to enterprise systems development. Familiarity with Military Intelligence systems, C5ISR functions, and capability development across various echelons. Familiarity with cloud-enabled intelligence services, data management, and edge node computing. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
