NES Fircroft is a leading global technical recruitment company providing professional contract and permanent staff to a diverse world-wide client base within the energy industry. Our client, OneSubsea (JV of Schlumberger, Aker Solutions and Subsea7), located in Mobile, Alabama is looking to add a Service Coordinator.

Job Summary :
OneSubsea is seeking to hire an experienced Service Coordinator. Reports to the On Shore SLS Supervisor but accountable to the Service Managers and/or Service Engineers for coordinating across the processes and resources necessary to deliver on work commitments. Responsible for performing complex level administrative support duties in support of internal and external clients. Responsible for tracking and maintaining accountability of all Client Owned Property (COP) and Rental Tool Pool (RTP) equipment.
Essential Functions:
â Support the Service Manager by submitting all client required reports and documentation.
â Support the Service Engineers and technicians through coordination, planning, tracking, documentation, and reporting.
â Responsible for the coordination and daily administration within assigned Project to meet business objectives.
â Works with project team to define, develop, and maintain project calendars/schedules.
â Interface with relevant customers, both internal and external, as needed.
â Prepare and communicate standardized information within the project team to enhance understanding and compliance with functional policies and processes.
â Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously through active communication and planning.
â Ensure all work activities are in accordance with Aker Solutions procedures.
â Provide resolutions based on troubleshooting and knowledge of respective processes and procedures utilizing judgement and initiative.
â Identify processes and patterns of work that can be improved and actively support the continuous improvement of the business.
â Demonstrate commitment to Operating System procedures and the processes.
â In addition to the duties listed, the jobholder is required to perform other duties assigned by his/her Manager from time to time.

â High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
â 7+ years of administrative or project support experience.
â Experience in use of SAP is preferred.
â Advanced proficiency in relevant software applications, including intermediate program functions in MS Office and other software where applicable.
â Advanced ability to analyze trends or identify deviations from standards and problem-solving skills.
â Ability to read, understand, and explain job relate documents and procedures such as reference materials and reports.
â Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
â Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
â Thorough understanding of job and/or project related documents and procedures with an ability to recommend improvements to methods and procedures in assigned areas of responsibility.
â Accuracy and attention to detail.
â Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well under stress and time pressures.
