Our client, Industry Descriptor is seeking a Job Title to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure the efficient production of high-quality automotive components while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: McCalla, AL

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr.

Shifts Available: 2nd shift; 6:00pm - 6:00am and 3rd shift; 11:00pm - 7:30am

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Assist with troubleshooting and minor maintenance of equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet established criteria.
• Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime as needed.
