Job Title: Mill Operator Level 3

Pay: $20 p/h

Classification: Non-exempt

Department: Manufacturing

Reports to: Manufacturing Group Leader

Are you experienced with roll forming mills and ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career? We are seeking a skilled Mill Operator Level 3 to join our team! This position is responsible for the daily operations of roll forming mills, including high-speed robotic lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate roll forming mill safely and efficiently.
• Meet production time standards and quality expectations.
• Record work completed manually via the Labor Reporting form.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic manufacturing issues.
• Report and document material, production, and quality control issues.
• Participate in equipment preventative maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of prior experience as a Mill Operator.
• Knowledge of material handling and safety guidelines.
• Ability to use dimensional measuring tools and perform basic shop math.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, and perform other physical tasks for up to 10 hours daily.
• Must work in an industrial environment with protective gear.
