Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior RTE is accountable for the overall coordination, execution, and delivery of value through the program while ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
Responsible for guidance and facilitation of SAFe Principles.
Plan and manage the work, and values to uphold while promoting alignment, collaboration, and delivery across large numbers of agile teams, currently aligned in two Agile Release Trains. The first aligns teams focused on enabling operational insight by increasing data discoverability through enterprise search or query. The second aligns teams focused on enabling the operational analysis and triage of data through visualization, enrichments, and analytics within GMA.
Support the creation and adherence to the SAFe implementation roadmap
Participate in agile teams supporting the SAFe methodology
Support Government personnel in the creation, modification, and documentation of all SAFe required documentation
In coordination with the Government, develop a Planning Interval (PI) that records the stories, story points, releases, and release dates of the next quarter's software deliveries (both O&M and development). Velocity and total story points per release will be mutually agreed to by the Government and the Contractor prior to final publication and acceptance of the PI Plan and associated PI Objectives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Active Top-Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline.
Experience guiding Agile teams in providing effective solutions for end-users, particularly in software development
