General Summary Analyzes program activities such as acquisition cost, schedule, and performance related to Army Materiel Command (AMC) FOCAL/Control Systems. Principal Duties and Responsibilities ( Essential functions) •Monitors program performance and provides status information to senior stakeholders related to AMC FOCAL/Control Systems Teams. •Schedules briefings and meetings and manages program files for AMC FOCAL/Control Systems Teams. •Researches, plans, analyzes, and organizes technical and/or statistical information and develops data for use in briefings, publications, and reports relative to AMC FOCAL/Control Systems Teams. •Prepares program documents and correspondence such as project authorization documents, action memos, and waivers for AMC FOCAL/Control Systems Teams. •Maintains and/or provides assistance with administrative and tracking systems and assists in the design and maintenance of spreadsheets and databases to support AMC FOCAL/Control Systems Teams. •Collects and makes arrangements for distribution of materials to senior government stakeholders. •Recommends statistical formats for reports, ensuring consistency with government standards. •Plans, schedules, and executes special activities as required, leads working groups, captures meeting minutes, and works action items. Required Experience •Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or other technical discipline or related field or equivalent experience •Minimum of 10+ years' related experience •Secret Security clearance •Demonstrated previous military Action Officer experience •Expert knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages •Experience writing OPORD/EXORD/FRAGOs Preferred Qualifications •PMI PMP Certification and/or ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Practice Manager Certifications •Prior DoD staff experience
