Job description

Responsibilities PeopleTec is currently seeking an Operations Specialist to support our Huntsville, AL location. Duties: Responsible for creating, producing, and maintaining ticketing system reports and metrics reports. Responsible for providing reports on a scheduled basis as well as an ad-hoc basis. Will be responsible for creating and maintaining new Service Level Agreements. Identify gaps in workflow processes and present plausible solutions to government management/leads/staff. Analyze and assess customer service requests and provide prompt technical solutions. Prepare and submit progress, status and ad hoc reports to management and team leads, as required. Utilize trouble-ticketing software for opening/updating/closing tickets in a timely and appropriate manner. Identify and document areas for process improvements. Contact and effectively communicate with users by telephone, electronic communications, or in person. Analyzes the results of workflow plans, monitors the operating system(s) and recommends changes to improve processing and utilization. Provides technical guidance for planning, directing, and monitoring information systems operations. Plans and recommends machine modifications or additional equipment to increase the capacity of the system. Qualifications Required Skills/Experience : SME: 10 years experience Travel: 10 % Must be a U.S. Citizen An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment. Education Requirements : Bachelor Degree in related field or in lieu of degree, 4 additional years of experience Expected time to hire: December, 2024 Overview People First. Technology Always.
