Job description

Essential Functions: Coordinates and manages all aspects of fielding and training events. Develops System Support Packages (SSP) and oversees equipment fielding. Develops Training Support Packages (TSP) and provides New Equipment Training (NET) instruction. Receives, reviews, and ensures all units scheduled for fielding and training events are available and correctly reflected in the Unit Master Fielding Schedule. Interfaces and coordinates with ASAALT, AMC, MACOMs, and receiving units for logistics and training requirements. Executes fielding of equipment in accordance with the approved Materiel Fielding Plan (MFP) or Memorandum of Notification (MON). Establishes NET in accordance with the approved TSP (lesson plans, program of instruction (POI), classroom materials, etc.) and obtains and maintains training certification from the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCOE) Directorate of Training (DOT). Assists the establishment, vetting, and training of NET teams to conduct on-site activities associated with New Equipment Training. Provide Instructor Key Personnel Training (IKPT) interface with suppliers for NET TSP. Oversees NET and other PM training requirements (IKPT, Train-the-Trainer Training, sustainment training, etc.). Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Must have an active Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree (waiverable) and 15-years of relevant experience or Associates and 17 or High School and 23. Certified Trainer with a minimum of six months training time. Proficiency with automated logistics systems. Equivalent of DAWIA Certification Level III for Life Cycle Logistics. (Desired) Category: Analyst
