Job description
Crestwood Medical Center is seeking strong BC/BE Primary Care Providers for busy outpatient clinic locations in Huntsville and Madison, AL.
- Full-time position
- Core faculty with Assistant Program Director Opportunity
- Academic program with team members providing Internal Medicine Training to residents
- Positions available for 2024 and 2025
- 1+ years experience required
- Hospital employed practice with full hospital coverage
- ACO participation
