Job description

Job Duties: Informs applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, organization and union policies, promotional opportunities, and other related information. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Actively source, screen and recruit qualified candidates for various positions, often requiring specialized skills through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Review employment applications and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications of applicants. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for role. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Work closely with hiring managers and HR personnel to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Ensure all hiring practices comply with government regulations and company policies. Create and send offer letters to selected candidates, ensuring all necessary information and terms are clearly communicated. Conduct salary analysis to determine competitive compensation packages for various positions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and internal equity. Evaluate selection and placement techniques by conducting research or follow-up activities and conferring with management and supervisory personnel. Represent the company at career fairs and networking events to attract top talent. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of recruiting/human resources experience in technical field. Experience with sourcing and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs, Indeed) Desired Qualifications: Experience with UKG Ready recruiting software.
