Job Number 677025BR Description:Come join Lockheed Martin's Long Range Hypersonic Weapon team. Our system will travel at Mach 5 (over a mile per second). Helping us create a system that goes that fast means overcoming several difficult physics and engineering challenges. You will be part of a team that will be integrating hypersonic missile technology into an Army battery on a highly accelerated schedule to deliver a hypersonic operational prototype system to the Soldier. As a LRHW Project Engineer, you will be responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance of a product(s) or labor within the LRHW program. You will have ownership of all aspects from design through delivery. The controller will oversee daily tasking across a multi-functional team. This position will be Control Account Manager (CAM) of record for multiple control accounts associated with product delivery and test. The candidate will work closely with IPT stakeholders as well as subordinate managers to plan and implement the LRHW program. • Active DOD Secret clearance Cost, Technical, Schedule implementation with a focus on meeting delivery commitments
• Resolving programmatic scenarios within your scope and establishing mitigation activities
• Supporting the overall programmatic business rhythm for baseline activities, monthly reporting, status and communication, and overall Earned Value Management (EVM) performance of your span of control. This can include generation of monthly VARs for current period and cumulative performance of Control Accounts.
• Developing and maintaining a baseline plan and managing overall implementation of support organizations which are required to ensure program implementation results.
• Coordinate staffing requirements for your program scope with the entire program leadership team for consolidation of total program requirements
• Report out to the Program Manager and program leadership team at recurring reviews within the program business rhythm
• Define, coordinate, and implement the process for ensuring all information received and provided to/from the government is readily available for program use
• Lead proposal efforts for the Element Level Engineering Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

• Experience developing and executing cost and schedule baselines
• Understanding of Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilities, including Earned Value Management (EVM) and managing performance metrics.
• Experience navigating and using Microsoft Project or similar
• Ability to travel on an as-needed basis
Desired Skills:
• Experience working with multiple functions simultaneously to execute a program, including Program Management, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Planning and Finance
• Proven experience in driving and implementing affordability and producibility changes, especially those directly impacting program performance
• Direct Control Account Manager (CAM) experiences, including Earned Value Management (EVM) and managing performance metrics
• Experience executing in a go-fast program with the ability to manage competing priorities • Knowledge of Digital Transformation tools and application to improve program performance
• Familiar with Army and/or Missile Defense programs
• Experience across the entire program life cycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including an ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, management, and peers
• Active or Current Secret clearance required

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
